I figure since I did so much "Mommy blubbering" about my Bekah's 1st day of kindergarten, I would combine my "Saturday Snapshot" with a follow up ;)
As I expected, her first day was wonderful. Of course, it always helps when you know your bff is by your side :)
This is a snapshot of Rebekah and her bff, my god-daughter, Alannah, walking down the hill to their first day of kindergarten. I'm glad they have each other...

This is a priceless keepsake Linda. Maybe one day you can share it at her wedding or graduation or special event like that where the two of them will be together celebrating.

Linda, I am so happy they have each other, too! I am so excited to see them grow together and the comment from your friend (Kelly?) brought a tear to my eye. I am thrilled to think of the amazing women they will be...just not too soon! Looking forward to many exciting rites of passage to come... xo
